Yesterday I watched the play, WICKED with my boyfriend and it was AMAZING!  The stage, actors, singing, EVERYTHING was just perfect.  I cried, laughed, and had a great time watching the play.  Seriously, if you haven’t watched it yet you NEED to!  San Diegans, it’s playing now at the Civic Theatre in downtown, go get your tickets before they sell out (unless they did already).

You might remember seeing this outfit in my [Fashion Fridays] video series that I’m hosting with Verve Management!  I love the hint of neon in the cross body bag and choker necklace.  It’s the perfect touch to make this nude colored dress stand out!

Even though it’s Friday I have soo much work to do this weekend! Events and meetings all day on Saturday, and TWO editorial shoots on Sunday (one in SD and one in LA ahhhh!). Wish me luck! <3

Featured: Teen Vogue’s Fashion Click

Exciting news last week! I am now a part of Teen Vogue’s Fashion Click, which is a section on their website that highlights street style from their favorite fashion bloggers. Teen Vogue has been one of the fashion magazines that really inspired me to pursue a career in fashion.  Their amazing content, editorials, great advice & articles really helped me throughout my teen years and I am so grateful to share my style and love of fashion with the Teen Vogue community!  Check out my first feature here!

PHEW, today is finally Friday and I couldn’t be happier!  This week was filled with work, projects, and meetings, I’m exhausted BUT so grateful for all the opportunities that I received. :) Yesterday was such an exciting day for me, I was asked to style all the mannequins at Nordstrom Rack!! I’ll definitely elaborate on my crazy amazing experience this weekend, so stay tuned. If you’re in town, stop by the Nordstrom Rack in Mission Valley to see the mannequins!

Today’s outfit highlights my love of color blocking. I love this neon pink dress from Lovers + Friends, the lightweight chiffon material is a perfect dress to just throw on and hang out outdoors with friends!  It was pretty windy that day so it was fun too see how much the dress moves with the wind.  I paired it with this fitted green blazer that I scored at a thrift store for only $3!! Can you believe it?! The pastel statement necklace was one of my great finds at the local Therapie Boutique, a boutique on wheels!  It complemented the dress and green blazer and it felt like the perfect touch to a color-filled look.

Hope everyone has a great weekend! I’m going to watch Kevin Hart tonight with friends! And my boyfriend is graduating from UCSD this Sunday! Fun filled weekend I can’t wait :)

Happy (or not so happy?) Monday everyone! I hope you all had a great weekend, I’m still recuperating from my eventful one.  Saturday was filled with running errands all morning, a GREAT meeting with the amazing Janet from ShopModerne, and I celebrated my friend’s birthday in downtown.  Sunday was even crazier, I styled an amazing editorial with Stephanie Williams (stay tuned for some sneak peeks!) and that lasted pretty much the entire day.  There were great clothes and a great team overall.

Today’s outfit captures the beauty of wide leg pants.  Trust me, it’s really hard to pull off but I love the shape of it and how it just moves in the wind.  I paired it with a shimmery top and my neon necklace which I’m in love with!!
