Hi my beautiful readers!! Can you believe Christmas is coming SO SOON?! Ahhh, I still haven’t finished my Christmas shopping haha. With Christmas around the corner, that means I’ll be moving to the east coast very very soon. (insert scream here). I’m so excited, anxious, nervous, giddy, etc etc etc! I have no idea how I’m feeling anymore haha. Though I’m super busy with all this going on, I gotta keep up with my blog for you!
Burgundy and oxblood are gorgeous colors this season, it’s such a rich, luxe color that spices up any look. I love this faux leather skater skirt from ROMWE, this color goes well with neutrals, and I made it even edgier with my Zara jacket, a beanie, and fun booties!
Hi everyone! Hope you all had a great Halloween I can’t believe it’s the first of NOVEMBER, time flies by sooo fast. I decided to sit this Halloween out and relax at home after completing my huge projects at work. It definitely felt amazing.
This is for sure my Fall appropriate look that highlights LAYERING. I love layering different textures together to create a cohesive Fall look. I’ve been on the lookout for utility style parkas and anoraks and this beige one from OASAP is amazing! It fits perfectly and is perfect to layer with! And this gorgeous velvet dress and high boots are Fall essentials to create an error-free Fall outfit.
Hi everyone! This week has been pretty intense for me, I’m so glad it’s finally FRIDAY! I am such an avid fan of pops of color in everything I wear, and this outfit is the prime example. This ROMWE blazer with the galaxy prints is such a fun statement piece to quickly throw on if you’re running out of outfit ideas. I wanted to really showcase this blazer and paired it with textured black pieces, including these edgy booties I just bought!
How would you wear this blazer??
Have a great weekend everyone! I can’t wait to finally relax this weekend.
Here is my first “Ask A Stylist” feature in WearEveryday Manila, a fashion blog based in the Philippines that covers fashion, events, inspiration, and much more! In the first feature, I show you how to mix and match different prints together. Florals, animal prints, and bird/insect prints are big trends this season, and here are three looks I styled that incorporate all of these trends! Click here to see the rest of the feature!
This past Thursday was not a normal day, I styled all the mannequins at Nordstrom Rack!! The managers wanted me to style the mannequins with the latest Summer trends and though it was pretty stressful and overwhelming at first, I tackled this new opportunity head on and had the most fulfilling time doing so. It was such a rewarding experience and I am so proud to share this experience with my wonderful readers. Take a peek at the behind the scenes & results from my day of styling the mannequins! Make sure to follow Nordstrom Rack Mission Valley @MValley_Rack!
I have to make a special shout out to my amazing assistant, photographer, videographer, & boyfriend! <3

Another Spring trend I’m so in love with is mixing florals together! This floral button down and jeans from INSIGHT has just the right amount of softness and femininity that I adore. I kept this outfit softer and more casual than my other outfits, but think the subtle florals make such a huge statement, I really didn’t want to overdo it.
Outfit details: Top: Forever 21, Shorts: Buffalo David Bitton (similar here), Sandals: Steve Madden, Jewelry: Forever 21
Who else is craving jellybeans after looking at this outfit?! The color-block blouse and mint green shorts make for a colorful craze-fest! Me and Josh (the amazing photographer of all my shoots!) experimented with different lighting, and since the sun was shining so bright through the windows, we knew we had to take advantage! I love the deep shadows and the way the light would hit my face and clothes.
As most of you already know, I’m obsessed with mint green and coral this Spring, and putting them together looks just as amazing as it is apart! This Foreign Exchange dress is so flattering and I love how soft and feminine it feels while wearing it on. Especially when it’s in the wind it flows in the most beautiful way.
Hope everyone had a great weekend! It was nice to spend time with my friends in Downtown San Diego, we drank, danced and had a great time. Sunday, I shot and styled a gorgeous model from NoTies Management! We had a great team and it was a relaxing shoot. I am working on edits and will show them soon!
Outfit details: Lingerie Bustier: gifted by Vedette Shapewear, Belt: California Vintage Connect, Skirt: H&M, Jacket: Thrifted, Shoes: Zigi Soho
The amazing ladies from Vedette Shapewear (thanks Denise!) sent me this amazing lingerie shapewear that has such a great fit and style. They asked me to make an outfit for the Day and Night by using this shapewear as “outerwear”. This challenge was soo much fun, I’ve been loving the “underwear as outerwear” trend since it first premiered on the runways last year. I think it’s super sexy and really brings about a new sense of confidence in myself. I’m not afraid to show off my curves, and this shapewear from Vedette is a great way to show them off! This specific shapewear tightens our body in all the right places to give a perfect “hour glass figure”.
I’m excited to announce my first giveaway with Vedette Shapewear! I will be giving three lucky winners a chance to win their very own Shapewear garment by Vedette! Trust me, you won’t want to miss this. It’s such a great fit and soo sexy on.
This nautical striped dress from SugarLips (Thank you Jacqueline and Rodellee!) is SOO comfortable, it is now my go-to dress for work and when I’m on location for photo shoots. I love the design and it’s perfect for Spring/Summer. I went for a more laid-back look with the hat, loose cover up and fun wedges.
I had such a busy 3-day weekend, with a photo-shoot 3 days in a row I really felt exhausted but extremely thankful for the amazing opportunities! There definitely is no day off for my kind of work…and I secretly love it. I will share some behind the scenes pics soon! If you want immediate updates, please follow me on Instagram @smileforstyle.
